Awful service and disregard for customers

I am irritated, I have been calling Mr Price/ Sheet Street to cancel the insurances on my account, I sent them an email last month instructing them to do the cancellation and they didn't do it. The request taht I made fell into deaf ears and still reflects on my statement for this month. What is worse is that no body answers the calls from this department and you hold for hours without a response. Bongekile Sibiya Customer Service Representative was amazing in expediting my request and assisting and I appreciate her for this but since then nothing has been done and unfortunately this is not her department.
