Awful Customer Service and Delivery Service - No Resolution.

Exceptionally poor customer service and delivery service. Consulted MRP support multiple times for assistance with a very late order, and pretty sure they couldn't have done less to try to resolve it. No way to directly contact the delivery service myself, and the customer service agent could only tell me to wait? No resolution, bad attitudes, and not even able to cancel the order for a refund.

To top it off, when asked to rate the service, the rating link said 'Thank you, your response has already been submitted.' which I can only imagine means the agents are submitting false feedback on their service or disabling feedback.
