Awesome Service

Yesterday i bought a 2 x pair of black work plants at the Cradlestone mall, only to realize on my way to work this morning that one of the pants had a massive hole in them due to it being stitched wrong. I had no way of going home to change and work to far from Cradlestone to make it before the store closes, so i contacted the Customer Care and the very friendly agent assisted me with a exchange at a different Mr Price closer to my location. When i arrived at MRP Morning Glen Rosa the manger was already informed about my situation and replaced my pants without hassle. I was in the shop for no more than 10mins - thank you very much for the amazing service given. i continued my day breeze free :)
