<p>I would like to give this compliment to an amazing human being, she has Astounded from the moment i met her, i had an issue with an item i purchased, and without any excuses or complaints or aggression from her side, she gladly took the item an replaced it, to be quiet honest, i have no words to express how impressed i am with her, never have i met someone in this industry treat a client with so much respect like she has done, considering i met her this once and the conversation we had, i hold her in such high esteem, I am in the customer industry and i faciliate this type of service for a living, and to actually see someone who has so much integrity and her values cannot ever be questioned.
