Awaiting Refund for more than 3weeks
I've ordered a base set online and to my surprise it was only the base that was delivered. I didn't accept the order and made the courier guys to return with it. It's been 3 weeks now trying to get my refund, I've send tons of emails and spoke to their consultants but situation hasn't been resolved yet. The service is very poor and I'm never purchasing anything from Mr price home online.
