Awaiting refund!

I ordered goods online. I was on holiday and I left the location before the goods were delivered. I sent numerous emails and even tried the WhatsApp chat line. I cancelled the order and the Mr Price employee said I would get a refund once the good were back at the warehouse. It has been weeks and still no refund. No one from the Mr. Price helpline is answering my emails. I am very dissatisfied with the service. How do you just keep someone's money? That is theft.
