Awaiting Money for double deduction from account

I bought some stuff at mr Price on the 12th of June. The cashier had problems with the handheld card machine. She then moved to the normal till and the transaction went through. When i checked my account later it went off twice. I returned immediately and the lady said my money will be in Sunday or Monday . I went on Monday and the lady in charge said Tuesday. She will phone me. Until now no feedback. I have to pay taxi fare every time to follow up which i did 3 times now. I need my money
