Avoid shopping at mr price

So I bought some stuff at mr price for someone who stay in tembisa online, but then the moment I realized it was taking time to process which will result on the order not arriving on time for the person to be able to go an collect before they travel,I tried to cancel it by calling and also using the WhatsApp line,without succeeding then I thought I will try canceling it the next day,but when I woke up the next day I realized the order changed to it was with the couriers,I tried canceling and I was told once the order is with the couriers I cannot cancel it,I waited until it was in store ,when I called trying to cancel the order I was told I cannot cancel once it's in store ,I have to go to the store to pick it up and return it for refund, mind you I'm in limpopo ,and someone else cannot collect return it on my behalf since I used an account to buy it ,do this people expect me to travel to gauteng just to cancel a order, do you think it's far, I also wrote a review about mr home I didn't even get any help I ended up canceling that order by myself
