Atrocious customer service
When my order was delivered yesterday, the pants were missing from the sleep set I ordered. Mr P has NO WAY to log this as a query via their website, their WhatsApp customer service is a sick joke that serves NO PURPOSE other than to waste your time, and calling the call centre has wasted more than an hour of my life being on hold, and STILL no one has helped me!

17 Dec 2020, 17:36EVENTUALLY I get to a person who says they will organise a refund for me. And instead of said refund, I get a gift voucher - which is utterly useless to me! NEVER buy from Mr Price - they also only refunded HALF of the amount - what exactly do they think I can do with half a pair of pyjamas????????? Now they expect me to RISK MY LIFE going into a busy shopping mall to return the other half of the item that THEY stuffed up on by not sending! DISGUSTING! Don't ever buy from them if you want to be treated like you matter as a customer!
