Atrocious customer service

Im at MrP Greenacres. They are advertising Damsung A 32 as a dual sim but upon purchasing says its single sim. Ask the Supervisor Lelanievan Greunen to provide discount or get dual sim. The saleslady tried her best to negotiate between myself and her. He refused to have a conversation with me or address the issue...cashed up and left after I ask to address his issue. Store is closed...its after 3 and um still wairing for assistance...to say the least I need an ecplanatipn or apology
