At Mr Price false advertising!!!

I would just like to say that the customer care service at Mr Price is pathetic! I bought a hisense e50 phone online and the description shown on the phone and in the description on their website is 4gb ram and 64gb memory ect. for R1799.00 but the phone arrived today and it is the same phone but 3gb ram and 32gb memory. I phoned customer care and they said i should return the phone for a refund and then buy the phone with that specs,then the one i should have goten in the first place is R2699.00 and not R1799.00 as advertised. They are advertising something you buy and dont get!!!I will never buy from them again.
