I emailed payment (R700) that I made to Mr P and ACS that have not been taken off the balance of my account. I requested information on 14 Jan 2026 (as per ) below. Still no reply. 1. Kindly update the statement with the missing payments. 2. Kindly adjust the interest charges due to item 1. 3. Kindly supply me with the agreement that I signed with ACS to charge me a commission fee when I am making payments and receive items on item 4. 4. Kindly supply me with a record of all communication (telephonic, electronic, emails etc). 5. Kindly inform me if I can now charge you for all my communication and time, I spent in performing a task that I requested several times. 6. Kindly inform me why I am paying a service fee
