Assault and ******* at Mr price store

On 29 September my daughter went to Mr Price Highveld Mall in Witbank. While on her way to the tills to pay she was assualted and ****** by 2 clients. They held her arms and took her phone that was hidden underneath her chlothes. What did the staff do........ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.... NOTHING.... What reaponse do i get from them..... NOTHING... How can you not even care about ******ies in your store and just stand and watch while 2 men openly infront of your staff assaukt and rob your clients
