Appauling client service!!!!!!

If i could give less than one star i would.this is the Worst ever,opend an account got it blocked the next day a month later the send me the account i ow them MONEY how can i ow you when the account is blocked and never used? Phoned today said no the account is not blocked got to store no the account is blocked they sont know what is going on. This is appauling. If this is gonna reflect bad on my credit score there will be action.
