APPARENT NON-EXIST ORDER

I attempted to make an order online. The order went through to the secure gateway card payment. I filled in my details where it says payment failed. However, I checked my bank statement and the amount was deducted.

I phoned customer care where my order could not even be found where I am waiting for Mr Price to get back to me in 24 or more hours.

Moral of the story: MRP quick to take my money but slow to return the money and fix their mistake.
