Appalling unprofessionalism

On the 9th November, I received an email about an item being out of stock that I'd ordered and I was told to let you know when I've collected my order so the amount could be refunded. TO DATE, I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU GUYS.

I've sent numerous follow up emails and the lack of response is extremely unprofessional and ********* to say the least.
