Appalling treatment

I spent a good 30 minutes collecting items that I wished to purchase at Mr Price, Waterfall mall in Rustenburg only to receive the most appalling treatment from the cashier Tshegofatse. There was no queue just 3 cashiers looking down at their screens and when I approached Tshegofatse, and greeted her, she rudely said in Sestwana that they will call me and walked away from her computer. I, with limited understanding of the language, asked her what she was saying and she repeated the statement again in Setswana. When she realized that I was not moving, she said in English 'they will call you'. I had no clue who 'they' were and why she couldn't help me. Having felt I had waited enough, I dropped all my items and left the shop, I spent my money elsewhere.
