Appalling staff behaviour

I went to Mr price in Boksburg Retail Park and got a very unprofessional service from a Lady called Ivy. There were 2 white ladies in front of me at the change room and she greeted them with a smile when it was my turn she didnt even look at me, i then asked her why isnt she treating me like the white people who went in she responded but didnt hear what she said because i walked away. I then went back to the change room again because i wanted to fit a different size of the item i was buying she never came to assist me so i took the tag for the number of items i had and went in, when i went out she was by the fitting room door assisting other white ladies. This is an appalling behaviour which is most commonly seen in black women in retail spaces, this behaviour shouldnt be tolerated, i am a customer as much as any other who in that store and should have been afforded the same courtesy of respect.
