Appalling service.No feedback No customer Care

Very shallow and illl customer service.It's been a week since I have handed in a new phone that gave me problems.I even wrote of how poor the service is when a phone is related here on Hellopeter but no one has picked up the phone to contact me.No one has given me feedback about my cellphone.

So I request Mr Price keeps their good for nothing phone,reimburse me their money and remain with their leak of good customer care and relations.

I had always heard how poorly they treat clients,like they do clients a favour until I experienced it.It's terrible service this company delivers.They may be big but once I am done with them I will make it all too known why.

They have no urgency in their actions.Nonewhatsoever. Appalling service from this company so not surprised why Wonderboom Junction Mr Price would care about my phone.I want my money back and will see my way through with other stores
