Appalling service from Mall at Reds branch in Centurion

I went to Mr Price Mall at Reds branch yesterday to look for a garment. The store closes at 18:00 and I arrived there at 17:30. I walked around looking for the garment and could not find it, so I asked one of the staff members who was packing shelves. She did not even give me any attention, she concentrated more on packing shelves because it seems like she wanted to go home. She just said “no we don’t have it” and continued with her life. This kind of treatment is appalling, it’s totally unacceptable and your store does not need such ***********, unprofessional employees. I did not even get her name the way I was so disguised. Please take this up with management and provide me with feedback ASAP.
