Appalling service from call center to courier service

I bought occassiona chairs online from Mr Price home, delivery took almost a week or so. Prior to the delivery been made, I received a call from the courier on a Saturday to set up delivery for the following Saturday. Then the Friday before the delivery was made I called Mr Price to make an arrangement that my delivery be done between 09h00 and 10h00 in the Morning, a guy from the Call Center by the name of Joshua made me believe that the arrangements were done only to find on the day of the delivery none of that was done -i still received a .ca from the courier co telling me the delivery will be done between 09h00 and 14h00. After this whole debacle I actually sent Mr Price an email detailing my frustration, not even once did anyone pick up the phone to do a follow up on the matter I actually had to call them to ask for my refund back whereas they (Joshua) confirmed receipt of my complaint. Their refund process is ridiculous and the same Joshua promised to call me before the end of yesterday to confirm when I'll be receiving my refund....nothing. this level of incompetency and lack of urgency from Mr Price has left a bitter taste in my mouth and they must know that they've actually lost a loyal customer as I'll never set foot in a Mr Price Home or buy anything online from them
