APPALLING SERVICE

I called today regarding order no : ********** 04647 which I placed over the weekend.. I tried to track the order and the last tracking in the morning was at 08:12 dated 09/10/2018 that no one was home .. that was disturbing because I have been at home and no one came to deliver. I called the contact centre and spoke to 3 different agents who all gave me attitude as if they're the customer and they spoke over me.. what a service and I sent an email and I still haven't heard any correspondence or anything. I want to know where my order is. Mr price online is becoming a joke. The last agent I spoke to Lucky is absurd he is ill mannered I'm disgusted by his service
