Appalling service

I am so upset and regret buying clothing from Mr Price Online that I uninstalled the App and won't buy again!!!!bought clothing 2 items were out of stock, and I EFT+-R60 more than I was suppose to pay. Do you know what a shlep it is to get my money back? First they wanted proof of payment which I had to go online for again and send my order number but still no money returned to me. It's been 2 weeks. Why is it so easy to buy online and for them to see our money but when THEY must return it its ao hard!!!Not buying from your again MRP!!
