Appalling quality of clothes

Good day,

In August of this year I ordered three items via your online store, they were received on the 5th. I have owned these items for nearly three months and I'm sad to say that the quality of these garments is terrible - one has lost its shape entirely, another has a hole caused by the obviously weak fabric it's made from, and I'm currently holding my breath waiting for the third to develop similar issues.

I know that Mr Price does not sell high-end merchandise, but I find the fact that your clothes only last for a few months appalling. Especially considering that Mr Price claims to have a "sustainability policy" in place, according to your website. What is sustainable about selling inferior quality clothing that needs to be thrown away after a few months' wear?

Lastly, what is your policy on issues like these? What do I do with your clothing that I paid good money for and now can't wear? Will I need to exchange this at a store and get stuck in an endless loop of exchanging one bad quality item for another? Will I be refunded?
