Appalling customer service, no show for my online order

Ordered a baby compactum online on 13 Oct 2020. 3-5 day delivery turned into 11 days, only to have missing pieces in the flat pack. The courier guys were unable to assemble the drawers of the compactum and took it with them again. To date Im still without drawers and after numerous calls to Mr Price I still don’t know when I will receive it. Absolutely appalling customer service!!
