Appalling customer service
I had ordered clothing from Mr Price online. At 28-08-2015 I returned 2 skirts that were too small to Mr Price Distribution Centre, P.O. Box 55507, Durmail 4003 via Post Office, Speed Service. The parcel is since 29-08-2015 in Durban at the Post Office. Three times I sent the tracking number to [Email Removed] with enquiries what was happening to my returns. Twice I got an answer that informed me: \The return takes 3-5 working days to be returned to our DC
