Appalling behaviour

A friend bought me underwear that was the wrong size. As soon as I saw it was a small I tried to return at the shop the shop assistant refused to give me the money or exchange the items which I initially wanted a medium size. She told me to give to someone otherwise she will through it in the dustbin.
