APPALLED & DISGUSTED

On the 5th August i bought 2 tops at their branch in V & A Waterfront. When i got the receipt it did not make sense to me, but left it. However when i got home i noticed that i was overcharged. Bearing in mind I live in Claremont , i took a drive to Kenilworth Centre only to find out that they cannot assist me i have to go to the store where the item was bought. I called them this morning. I was told to drive on my petrol, and then pay for parking at the Waterfront all because of a mistake that was made by one of their staff member, The top was marked down to R100,00 and i was charged full price R139,99. I have to drive out at least R90,00 petrol and parking probably R30 or R40.00 . The least they can do if i have to go and there is offer me a voucher for inconveniencing me and the mistake they made, instead I have to spend more of my own money to be refunded R40,00 for a mistake on their part.
