Appaled by Mr Price customer service

As a regular Mr Price customer and account holder I am absolutely appaled by the customer service (or lack thereof) that I've recently received from Mr Price.

I placed an online order on 19/06/2020. The order was delivered on 23/06/2020. Two of the same, wrong items were sent and one item was missing from the parcel. Irrespective of the missing item, the status on the entire order says delivered.

This is is now the 7th day I've been waiting for a reply from *** and their helpline is impossible to get through to a consultant. Music is played for almost 30 minutes before the call eventually drops. This customer service is appaling!

Especially considering the fact that Mr Price is always relentless with the spam calls but when you actually need to get a hold of them, it appears and impossible task. Get your **** together!
