Another disappointing delivery

YET AGAIN MY DELIVERY IS LATE!!! I received an email saying that my package has been shipped on the 8th. I phoned on the 14th to find out where my package is. It is a store to store delivery. They said it will be delivered by end of day the 16th. It is the 17th and this morning I asked where the package is and they said it will be delivered by end of today!!! Frustrating!!!!! Just received an email saying: Please be advised that your order is expected for Monday due to delay and back log at the warehouse. How the hell do you have a back log at the warehouse but my package was handed over for delivery on the 8th already. Does this mean that you have not yet handed the package over or is the courier company to blame for this one? This is really pathetic and each time I give you yet another chance and try. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
