Annoying ***s

Hi there,

i would like to kindly request you stop harassing my girlfriend for payment on her account. The account is not in arrears, it is completely up to date, not only is it not in arrears but the next payment is due now on the 31st. This is ****ing disgusting, she is getting calls saying she is going to get bad credit? Every month payment is made, every month the account is up to date yet still you call demanding payments? Your agents are rude, as well as unhelpful. We do not receive her statement every month unless we email to request it. This is disgusting service and a sad attempt at your agents trying to con people into paying before its due, by threatening blacklisting are they ****ing retarded? Please contact me in the email provided and i will provide you with all proof of payment aswell as up to date statement.
