Annoyed with Mr Price

I ordered shoes for my son on 12 March , according to the tracker it was shipped on 12 March as well, due to arrive 18 March . Never arrived 18 March . Tried phoning 22 March because Monday 21st was a holiday . Agent on 22nd March told me package was still with courier due to arrive yesterday 24 March or today 25 March . I phoned yesterday again the agent said he would email me , I'm still waiting for an email . I phoned today 4 times and all 4 times the call was dropped while I was put on hold . This service is disgusting. I tried calling vangate mall which was supposed to be a drop off site for them couldn't get through after 5 attempts. I would not recommend anyone use Mr prices online delivery , it's horrible . All you'll get is delayed delivery and a bunch of dropped calls 🙄 . . .
