Annoyed first time mom

I am utterly disgusted with this company never in my life have I ever had to deal with people that doesn’t care about your life situation. If you signed a contract we don’t care if you are homeless, jobless, had a baby, we just care about getting every last cent out of you that you owe us!!!!

I know my account has been in arrears for seven months but 4 of those months I have been on maternity leave receiving only half of my salary and nothing from UIF, so excuse me for only making sure that I pay my car because God forbid if something happens to my child at least I have a car to take him to the hospital/ doctor. I have made arrangements to pay less money than my installment bit never was I advised that my installment was any amount if I go onto my account the installment is the full amount and like I explained countless times I CANT PAY and then told you have to give us an amount. Where do you want me to get money all the other creditors that I ow doesn’t have a problem with the fact that I am on maternity leave and that I can’t pay at the moment you are the only one I am struggling with. I receive countless threatening messages, phone calls emails but that is not going to let money fall out of a tree. I don’t know what you want me to do please give me a solution because I don’t have one.
