Annoyed client ‼️‼️

I placed an order on Tuesday, the payment went throu. I havent received a confirmation email, and when I track my order usinf the payment reference, it says that my order can’t be found. I am struggling to get hold of any consultant to assist.

I am annoyed, I wish someone could assist or just send my money back
