Annoyed and Frustrated

Hello I went to Mr Price to buy a cellphone after waiting for about ten minutes for assistance I finally bout the and sim card. The problem was that my they could not RICA the sim card and explained to the that the phone the sim wass for my daughter who is in hospital and was going to leave it with her. They assured me that the sim will RICA the sim the following day. It's been two days now and still nothing the sim goes to voicemail. I am very annoyed with this situation.
