annoyed

I am really disappointed I just got an email early in the morning saying my account is handed over to MBD collections, the account I know I had with MRP clothing store was closed and it is more than 6 years since it has reached prescription and if I was owing to them why did they give me a contract, and because on the database it was supposed to say I still owe them if anything happens to my credit score I will report you because this is ********* and if MBD calls me I will also report them I am so angry right now if MRP is on my ITC why am I getting credit even with banks, I demand an explanation. I sent a request for my banking details to be changed and I get a disturbing email that the account is handed over I demand an explanation.
