Angry with Mr Price processes on closing off insurances

Just an update. I went to local Mr Price in Umlazi Mega city to follow up on recent sms's saying i still owe insurance only to be told to go West Street Mr Price because i cancelled at that branch. Is Mr Price not 1 entity. If i can use 1 card to purchase at any store then why can't any store be able to assist with my query. I am really angry and fed up, with this insurance bull. It is really draining. I am old and can't be sent up and down with no actual assistance in closing this case
