Angry, frustrated and disappointed

I am very unhappy On Sunday the 29/08/2021 I bought cloti worth R1900 out of everything I bought I returned two items at Mr price keywest as they were too big for my daughter and wanted smaller sizes They refused to change for me and I still had price tags on. I was told due to the new law after looting they can't assist me without a slip I asked was keywest and president square Mr price looted? And that policy was not explained when I was purchasing nor did they show me the poster explaining that A lady cashier was assisting together with a guy called freedom who made sure that I got the point that it was his shop and his final word which I find he was very disrespectful. I am a regular Custer at Mr price especially keywest since it's on my way from work and the treatment they gave me was very rude

I want to know that now all customers will be treated like looting ********* and we will be deprived our rights yet we pay with our well earned money. If they where one of the stores looted I would understand but they weren't.
