Angry customer at Mr Price

I would like to complain about the service received at Mr Price Trade route mall, and the Online order that was done on the 21.12.2022 which was not received till to date, i ordered the clothes for my kids to wear for the new year and i made sure that i ordered earlier and was advised the due date for the delivery will be the 28.12.2022 and i still havent received my orders went to the store to complain, and spoke to Portia Mpuru *** and Samson Makati *** who didnt assit me at all, all they cared about was people around us that they would hear me complain, they advised me to buy new clothes again while as i have already bought and waiting for my order, they are not clued up at all with how customers should be treated and they where not of assistance at all, im very angry at how they acted and handled this matter and im still going to take it further and make sure that no other customer goes through what ive been through.
