Angry customer!!

Hello my name is Mbali,i bought a phone at Mr price Springs Mall around May using my account I asked the sales person to assist me to get a phone that uses two SIM cards then he gave me Nokia5 opened it surely enough a Manuel was the stating that the phone uses 2 SIM cards but I could only find 1 slot for sim took the phone back to the store the I was told I should find a technician to open the other slot surely enough went around to find that technician to my amazement I was told the phone uses only 1 SIM the was no slot to open for the other sim I went back to store was giving run around asked to talk to the manager they said it's not within their policy for me to speak to a manager I decided to go to another Mr price to get help that is when I was given the manager number I called her and she told me they can't help me because I sign for the phone then later she called me and offered me a mobicell that uses 2sim surely enough was happy with the phone until it froze went back to the store she took my phone for repairs and was told to wait for 2weeks after the 2weeks I received a call to come fetch my phone and when I got the I found a damaged phone it has scratches,chip actually the phone was old I refused to take the phone and she told me I should send an email to the repair center I refused again because I gave her my phone and now I have to try finding my phone from people I don't know as in now I am paying for a phone I don't have
