Angry customer

Good afternoon i went to mr price in hilbrow on Saturday to exchange shoes i bought weeks ago.. I ddnt have proof of purchase because i liked the shoes very much not knowing that their not comfortable.. When i get there i left the shkes with security and he give m a number wch is what they do when you exchange.. I shopped few items then went to wait on a long queue to be assisted, but when it was my turn the cashier was so rude to.. He ddnt even greet m.. I told him i want to exchange, but i dont have a slip, he told me he wont assist me i must provide a proof of purchase.. I ask him to trace the slip through my card as i use it to pay.. He then threw my shoes away and told me he will assist me later.. I waited for more than two hours he never came back to m.. I went to security to ask for store manager he said he doesn't know him or he, because she is new... I then left the store leaving my shoes there without doing an exchange.. I have the number that they give me with me.. All i need is my money back as i left the shoes in the store... Its a silver heels...
