We received a store vouchernas a gift over the festive period. Today we tried to use the voucher and we were told that it was used already. The ladies in store coukd see a previous transaction for a sale at the grove for school shoes which we never purchased as we stay in Benoni and our child is only 16months old.

The ladies in store called the head office for an investigation and we're told nothing can be done.

Someone in the Kollonade branch is duplicateing vouchers and distributing them out.
