An unhappy customer.

Good day

Went to Mr price Mams mall to shop for festive for my kids during the week, wednesday to be specific, i spent about 1hour 40 minutes on the queue, just around past 5 staff were complaining about the shop being full and line being too long and load shedding about to take place. I knew they were planning to get rid of us, indeed they started telling us that their machines don't take accounts anymore, they only take debit cards, i was so frustrated because i had to send those clothes home the next day and it was the only chance i had to shop. When i enquired from 1 of the cashiers if she wont be able to assist me, she said there is nothing they can do.

The staff don't pay attention to customers, when you call for help they become so Angry that you'd ask yourself what exactly are they doing there. Mr price clothing stores services are so poor, mr price home and sports are the best.

I am so unhappy with their staff honestly, i am now planning to pay the account and close it off.
