Am not a happy customer with my favorite shop

I am a very loyal customer to Mr price, I shop all the time it's worse now that I have the app always I have stuff on my app bag and definitely check out.

Im honestly not happy with the service of their whatsapp because I normally chat when I want assistance, their *** number has never been answered. I will wait 30 minutes for the response and they just leave the chat after they bother to ask if there is something alse they can help with. Am really disappointed I chatted with numerous consultants yesterday and today because I want to exchange the sneaker I bought on the 4th Dec 2020,I can't get fair assistance really am not happy.
