Always out of stock at the last minutes when you have checked out

<p>My first order was on the 26 of June , i received an email after i had shopped at Mr price online store that one of the items i had ordered was out of stock , I thought okay this things happen and i let it slide . then 11 July i go shopping again , checked out and i even got the shipped message the same day i was so impressed. how with then , on the 12th however i received an email stating 2 x joggers were out of stock. I was furious how does this happen agan ? shouldnt they have put some method in place to avoid such? so on the 13th i received 2 emails to come and collect , one from mr price and the other one from mr price sport . i got the mr price order okay with no hassle . mr price sport however was another story . they looked and looked for my order and they couldnt find it . even though it was delivered that day . I waited for a good 20 minutes while they looked for it , but you know what i noticed when they had entered the my order number ? The order had 2 items , no email was sent regarding the out of stock. and i had to leave the store empty handed because they couldnt find it . I'm going to put the order numbers here incase anyone has answers for me ********** 18988 and ********** 42538 </p>
