Always offline for returns

I bought clothes at Mr Price in Vereeniging in Mark Park. Two of the size 30 Jean's dont fit me. I've been trying to do and exchange in the past 2 weeks I went there four times and they always say their system is offline. I really do not have time to be going back and forth, plus their 30 day return policy is almost out. Pathetic service
