I have sent you emails regarding my account explaining how I was ****med for airtime and I also made an affidavit as requested. Till this day I am stil not assisted and it hurt to see that nobody cares and yet all they want is payments. And I am not going to make payments for ******** to **** me again and I want all the money I payed back in my account so that I can use my mr price account again. I have reported this more than 10 times since last year November. I cannot use my mr price account because when I pay the account, someone uses my credit for airtime purchases and mr price is not doing anything they insist that the airtime is purchased with the mr price sim. I don't know how to even purchase airtime and don't even know the sim card they keep talking about.
I'm very disappointed that MR PRICE keeps calling me requesting their payments and never even try to resolve my problem with my account. I have explained my situation to over 10 Mr pric consultants but no one is willing to resolve the issue. When I get a call it's like I never reported anything or sent any affidavit with my identity seeking help. I AM Fed Up I AM Not Going To pay A Cent To *********** and non caring about the customer money concerned entity
