Airtime *****

I have been MR price card holder for more than 10 years and I have never bought airtime through my account and I was not even aware that it has this option. I reporters an issue where there was 10 different airtime transactions purchases in different amounts over R500 in pne day. I reported the matter and was advised to make an affidavit which I did. The affidavit was faxed through from their branch in Boksburg but after 3 weeks upon enquiring I was told they have not received any documents from me, meanwhile their customer service keep on telliing me that the matter has been to their ***** division whilst it wasn’t. I then emailed my affidavit to their enquiries department and after a week Im told that my complaint has been rejected. I want to know how on earth can a normal person make purchases of 10 transactions in a single day? Now they want me to give proof of sim swap/porting from my service provider, I really dont know how a person can go through my avcountand make purchases wothout my consent and they still want to blame me for their own security flaws. I have been reading complaints similar to mine but it looka like their ***** department can’t deal with this matter instead they want impose their beliefs that it was me who purchased the airtime whilst I have made a sworn statement thai I have never done so.
