Aircons not working and it 38° degrees outside

02/02/2018 i walked into MRP Ulundi branch and in less than 10mins i was dripping sweat all over my face and back, as i walked around trying to shop i was distracted by the heat i honestly thought they switched on heaters it was 38° outside. Customers were blowing cool air with their hands wiping their faces sweat and touching the clothes. It was disgusting to watch. I asked the guys there whats with the heaters? they said the aircons are not working. From my memory its been like this for a long while now. And it is unfair that people who walk around all day tidy up and deal with customers and still have to smile work in such conditions it gets up to 40° here. I phoned customer care and i was told the area manager will contact me, and nothing yet.
