After how long should one receive a "settlement letter" after making full payment.

Good day,

Hope this finds you well.

I have asked for a settlement letter from Mr Price. Mr Price says I must contact ACS. I did, but apparently i will receive the letter after 6 weeks. Please confirm how long should one receive the settlement letter from ACS after making the full outstanding amount.

Your assistance will be highly valued.
